Aloísio Dourado dominates the final table and wins the BSOP Summer Main Event

Aloísio Dourado is a more than well-known name in the national poker scene. An enthusiast of Mixed Games, the player even has a WSOP bracelet in his career, won in a Badugi tournament. However, this Wednesday (28) at BSOP Summer, he showed that he also masters the traditional No-Limit Hold’em and took down the R$ 5,000 Main Event.

The field that Aloísio Dourado managed to overcome totaled 854 entries, generating the largest prize pool in the history of the Brazilian circuit in stages outside of São Paulo. Thus, the champion secured R$ 550 thousand, a value defined after a deal in the heads-up with the Chilean Jorge Romero. The runner-up took R$ 450 thousand.
