On Thursday (29), the Brazilian highlight at the virtual tables of GGPoker was Gabriel Medeiros. The professional went far in the Thursday Throwdown HR US$ 1,050, the site’s weekly tournament that always distributes big prizes. Even though he was a few positions away from the title, he still secured the biggest prize of the day among players from the country.

Similarly, two other pairs of Brazilians featured on podiums. In the US$ 25 GGMasters Classic Special, “TuSSaUM” and Paulo Dias participated in a deal, taking home US$ 9,151 and US$ 9,212 for their respective second and third places. In the Bounty Warm-Up, Luís Maciel was second out of 6,789 players for US$ 9,117, while Raphael Coelho, aka “Phaelzin”, was third (US$ 7,876).
