Samuel Vousden pulls in half a million dollars winning GGMillion$

Finnish player Samuel Vousden has once again won the GGMillion$ High Rollers, GGPoker’s weekly US$10,000 buy-in tournament. This Tuesday (3rd), the star player navigated the final table without major issues and, after applying pressure in decisive moments, confirmed his victory to take home a prize of over half a million dollars.

Samuel Vousden’s giant payday is a result not only of his impeccable campaign but also of the great success the GGMillion$ had this week. The competition registered 267 entries, comfortably surpassing the guarantee of US$2 million and reaching a prize pool of US$2,589,900.

Thus, the payouts became more substantial, and Samuel Vousden pocketed exactly US$504,972 upon confirming the title. In a quick heads-up, he overcame German player Hannes Jeschka, who walked away with US$389,387. Arie Muller completed the podium, earning US$300,258.

The final table was action-packed, with eliminations happening quickly. However, Samuel Vousden wasn’t heavily involved in the action until the final 4 players. However, this is not the first time Samuel Vousden has tasted victory in the GGMillion$. He had previously won the prestigious GGPoker competition at least one other time, in the middle of last year, in a final that featured Brazilian player Rodrigo Seiji.
