Over the past few days, the tables in Punta del Este (Uruguay) hosted another stage of the Enjoy Poker Tour, a traditional local circuit. And in the most expensive competition, the Super High Roller, Brazilian Felipe Costa performed well, reaching the podium and pocketing a nice prize.

The Super High Roller of the Enjoy Poker Tour had a buy-in of US$ 5,500 and recorded 86 entries, distributing US$ 500 thousand previously guaranteed. Felipe Costa finished in third place in this contest, and for his performance, earned US$ 59,060. Above him in the final ranking, only two Argentinians: the runner-up Juan Abdala and the champion Cristian Rotondo.

Felipe Costa’s journey at the final table looked promising, as he was responsible for the first elimination, of Martin Hollander. However, after that, he could not extend the good moment and fluctuated between the largest and smallest stacks.

Still, he was able to reach the 3-handed stage to secure the remarkable result. At the moment when Rotondo was already dominating the action, Costa tried to double up with 99 and even saw a good showdown, as the Argentine called and showed KQs. However, Rotondo hit the top pair right on the flop, and no other help came to the Brazilian.
This was the main Brazilian result in this stage of the Enjoy Poker Tour, but right at the start of the stop, the green and yellow flag had already stood out in another, less robust parallel event. In the US$ 400 PKO, Otávio Fedrigo won, pocketing a total of US$ 17,600 for the achievement.
