Therefore, the Brazilian representative stood atop the podium of Event #71: US$ 630 NL Hold’em. Playing the account “SuperUserMDA”, he faced a field of 1,060 entries and reached the 5-handed stage with a good stack of chips. At this decisive moment, Raoni opted for a deal, which guaranteed him US$ 98,098 for the win.
However, it was not only Kohatsu who stood out in the ACR contests. Additionally, a legion of Brazilians secured great results. Felipe Ketzer, for example, gave no chances to the 2,861 entries of “The Sunday MoneyMaker”, a tournament with a US$ 109 buy-in. Playing on the “ketzerfelipe” account, he earned US$ 44,484 for the title.

The WSOP legend winning online

In addition to this tournament, it is worth highlighting the result of the host of the contest won by Ketzer. Chris Moneymaker, 2003 WSOP Main Event champion and one of the people responsible for the poker boom, won the US$ 10,000 Phil’s Thrill PKO. With this, he earned a prize of US$ 191,228. Pedro Padilha finished 7th in this contest and received US$ 18,520.
Finally, other athletes from our squad also shone. Felipe Boianovsky showed that he is really in excellent form and won the US$ 2,650 Mini Phil´s Thrill. The contest gathered 59 entries and yielded the Brazilian star a payout of US$ 41,300.
