It seems that Brazil is firmly on track to reach the podium every day of the GGMillion$ Week. Since the first session of the series, with Felipe Ketzer, the national poker stars have been going to GGPoker and getting far in the expensive tournaments. This Thursday (22nd), it was Pedro Padilha’s turn.

A professional from Samba Team, Pedro Padilha reached the podium of Event 29 (US$ 2,500 Thursday Deepstack HR) of the GGMillion$ Week. He finished in third place out of 149 entries, and for this performance, he earned US$ 42,251. It was the highest payout of the day among players from the country.
However, this prize for Pedro Padilha was almost not achieved. Also in the GGMillion$ Week, in Event 30 (US$ 1,050 Thursday Throwdown HR), Paulo Brombim reached the heads-up, finishing second out of 493 for a prize of US$ 37,456. Still in this tournament, in sixth place, appeared Matheus Machado, taking home US$ 17,582.

However, Brazilians don’t just live on GGMillion$ Week. In more accessible tournaments, the country also did well, especially with Ciro Souza in the Bounty Hunters Big Game US$ 215. The player won the tournament, surpassing 851 competitors to pocket US$ 23,265.
Like him, “Lobo Cinzento” also won a title, this time in the US$ 66 Snowy Super Six. By defeating 1,511 entries, he took home US$ 11,441. And also, Luís Rocha was third out of 602 in the US$ 250 Daily Winter Freezeout for US$ 12,132, while Ciro Guimarães finished fourth out of 5,720 in the Bounty Hunters Daily Main US$ 54, earning US$ 11,259.
