The Russian turned the lead into a title, won US$ 374,609 and also secured a US$ 10,000 package for the GGMillion$ live at WSOP Paradise 2026.

Thus, the final table started quite balanced. Borovkov began the decision with 64 big blinds, while Arunas Sapitavicius was right behind with 52 bbs. At the same time, Viacheslav Larin, despite being in the last chip position, still had 19 bbs and remained alive in the competition.
However, at the start of the decision, the nine finalists avoided eliminations for about 45 minutes. In one of the most talked-about hands, Danilo Velasevic in the small blind received Q♦Q♥ and faced a 5-Bet all-in from the chip leader. Borovkov had A♥K♠ and ended up forcing the opponent to fold after much consideration of the ICM.
Thus, the final stretch accelerated quickly. The champion of the last tournament, Artem Osmirko, ended his campaign in fifth place. Next, Arsenii Malinov fell in fourth and Tsintao, who had won a seat through a US$ 1,050 satellite, received US$ 230,305 for third place.

Borovkov fights back in heads-up and confirms the title
However, the decisive confrontation began with a wide advantage for Viacheslav Larin, who had more than 16.5 million chips against about 3.5 million of Borovkov. Even so, the Russian recovered the difference, tied the contest and took the lead after completing a flush in an important pot.
Additionally, the final hand confirmed the comeback. Borovkov raised with A♠8♠ and called the all-in from Larin, who held A♣6♦. An eight on the turn put the future champion ahead, and the river did not change the scenario. Thus, Larin took US$ 293,725, while Borovkov celebrated the biggest prize of the tournament.
Finally, Aleks Borovkov won the main title of the week in the GGMillion$, pocketed US$ 374,609 and secured a spot in the live edition of the tournament during the WSOP Paradise 2026. Moreover, the performance confirmed the player’s recovery just seven days after being eliminated in sixth place in the same event.
