Foreigners dominated the heads-up of the main event that concluded this Tuesday (28) at the BSOP Winter in São Paulo (SP). The title went to Uruguay, with Max Vaccalluzzo, who defeated Chilean Mauricio Zeman in the heads-up of the Mini Main Event. They were part of a 4-handed deal that guaranteed good amounts.

The Mini Main Event of BSOP Winter had entries at R$ 2,500 and registered 798 entries in total over its four initial days. By confirming the victory over this entire field on the Final Day this Tuesday, Max Vaccalluzzo pocketed R$ 224,100. Mauricio Zeman, in turn, took R$ 175,100, while Carlos Custódio and Gabriel Kumagai were the other parts of the deal.

In short, Tuesday at BSOP Winter crowned five champions. Besides Max Vaccalluzzo, another highlight came in the 1500 One Day Omaha, a four-card tournament that closed the session’s schedule. This is because Aloisio Dourado, current overall ranking leader, was crowned champion, adding more valuable points.
A fan of various formats, Omaha was no problem for Aloisio Dourado to beat the entire field of 90 entries throughout the night. Thus, besides the ranking points, the player from Brasília pocketed R$ 27,300. Wildmmer Matos, who was at the Main Event final table, was the runner-up, taking R$ 18,200.

Finally, three more champions energized the session of the São Paulo series. In the No-Limit Hold’em version of the 1500 One Day, held earlier, Erik Marasco beat the field of 175 entries to win R$ 46,000, surpassing Argentine Max Essayan, who took R$ 31,500, in the heads-up.
In the 2500 One Day Instituto Garra, which offered an extra starting stack for those who chose to donate to the charity institution, Caio Daniel was the best among the 68 entries and took R$ 33,935. He made a deal with Rafael Barreto, who finished second with R$ 27,765. Closing the round, Chinese Huang Yiguan won the Super 500, overcoming 233 competitors to take R$ 19,200.
