As such, Luan managed the account “Relthor1301” during the competition. The tournament gathered 61 entries and lasted just over six hours. Thus, the Brazilian grinder outperformed the entire field and finished at the top of the podium.
However, the biggest Brazilian prize of the day came in a lower buy-in tournament. The player behind the account “madeinRS” won Event #39-L US$ 55. In total, the competition received 1,483 entries and the champion pocketed US$ 10,877.
Additionally, Leocir Carneiro also came very close to another title for Brazil. Playing the account “leocir25”, the regular competed in Event #40-L US$ 75. After nearly nine hours of play and 698 participants, he finished as runner-up and received US$ 6,147.
