The Triton Super High Roller Series Jeju II continues to present new champions in the elite circuit. This time, Khoa Anh Ngo and Alex Boika took advantage of the good moment in South Korea. The two won their first titles in the Super High Roller Series and pocketed seven-figure and six-figure prizes, respectively.

Thus, Khoa Anh Ngo confirmed his great form by winning the US$ 25,000 NLH Titi Poker. The Vietnamese player overcame Anatoly Filatov in the heads-up and secured US$ 1,090,000. In addition, he reached the third trophy of his career at Triton, after winning two trophies at Triton ONE.
In this way, Ngo extended a trajectory that already carried a historic achievement. After all, the player became the first and, so far, only two-time champion of Triton ONE. The success in that circuit also increased his confidence to face the most expensive tournaments of the organization.
However, Alex Boika also left his mark in Jeju. The Belarusian overcame a field of 131 entries in Event #5, the US$ 25,000 NLHE 8-Handed, and won US$ 761,000. In the heads-up, he defeated the British Philip Sternheimer to secure his first title at Triton.

Khoa Anh Ngo gains confidence, while Boika celebrates achievement at Triton
In short, Khoa Anh Ngo highlighted the importance of previous titles to reach the Super High Roller circuit. The Vietnamese explained that the achievements at Triton ONE changed his confidence. “Winning Triton ONE twice meant a lot to me. It gave me a lot of confidence”, he said. Then, he said he started to believe he could advance and compete in Triton Super High Roller Series events.
However, Alex Boika valued the weight of winning a tournament in one of the most competitive circuits in the world. “This means a lot to me. It is one of the greatest achievements a poker player can reach, so I am speechless”, he declared. In addition, the Belarusian recognized the importance of luck in a structure with 30-minute levels.
Finally, Boika also emphasized the difficulty of the Triton fields. “The fields here are really very tough. But that is what makes them the most interesting tournaments in the world”, he said. Thus, he left Sternheimer with US$ 516,000, while Yu Lei and Nevan Chang finished third and fourth, with US$ 343,000 and US$ 282,000, respectively.
