On this Wednesday (18), BSOP São Paulo held its first competitions in the São Paulo capital. The second stage of the 2026 Brazilian circuit season crowned four champions in the inaugural session, with emphasis on Vinícius Navarro. The player from Barueri (SP) won the 1-Day High Roller, the most valuable competition among those completed on the day.

The 1-Day High Roller had buy-ins of R$ 10,000 and, in short, registered 141 entries. For the victory, Vinícius Navarro pocketed R$ 262,500, while runner-up Yucatan Cervo took home R$ 212,500, amounts defined after a deal. These were the largest shares of the million-dollar prize pool, which reached R$ 1,177,900.
However, at the time of the deal, it seemed the champion’s trophy would go to other hands. This is because, at the start of the final confrontation, it was Cervo who was leading, and by a large margin: five times more chips than Vinícius Navarro. Nevertheless, the São Paulo player turned it around, quickly stealing the lead and running away to victory.

Furthermore, another traditional first-day competition at BSOP, which was also held at this BSOP São Paulo, is the HORSE. The Mixed Games tournament charged R$ 2,500 per entry and had 32 participants. In the end, better for Jean Luc Voyer, who is part of the French Guiana community that frequently competes in Brazilian stages. He won R$ 23,400 for the title.

And also, Wednesday at BSOP São Paulo held the first editions of the Super 500 and the overnight turbo. In the cheapest event, Gabriel Filassi pocketed R$ 12,500 after surpassing a field of 149 entries, participating in a 3-handed deal. Already in the R$ 1,500 Night Turbo Omaha PKO, it was Alexandre Namur, winning R$ 16,000 for becoming the best among 49 competitors.
