Brazil once again showed that it is not to be messed with at the GGWF (GGPoker World Festival). On Monday (11), representatives from the country recorded no less than three six-figure cashes, the largest of which was won by Gabriel Tavares.

Professional from the Samba Team, Gabriel Tavares won Event 89-Super (US$ 10,000 Monday Monster Stack) at the GGWF. By surpassing 55 entries, he pocketed no less than US$ 136,553. He is in great form at the GGPoker festival, as last week he had already secured the title of 44-Super.
Also among the victories that exceeded US$ 100,000 was Daniel Aziz “runador888” in 88-High (US$ 525 Bounty Hunters Mega Main). He emerged as the best in the field of 2,310 entries and earned US$ 122,643, in a final table that also had two other Brazilians. Emanuel Oliveira, in eighth, took US$ 20,924, and Keven Augusto, in ninth, left with US$ 22,137.

Similarly, three Brazilians stood out in 76-High (US$ 1,050 GGMasters HR), with one reaching six figures. Marcelo Aziz finished third in the field of 1,184 entries and took an incredible US$ 111,945 in the two-day contest. João Hayashi was fifth and secured US$ 62,951, while Pedro Fernandes “GarlicToast” pulled US$ 47,206 in sixth.
And beyond these results, it is also worth highlighting the Brazilian group that arrived in force in the final stretch of Event 89-High (US$ 1,050 Monday Monster Stack) at the GGWF. Among 637 entries, Gabriel Moura finished third for US$ 56,405, while Tauan Naves was fifth for US$ 33,538. Just below, Matheus Dias “Arrascaneta11” took US$ 25,862 in sixth, and “Caiadas” earned US$ 19,942 in seventh.
