João Hayashi came into the spotlight by winning Event 250-High (US$ 525 Bounty Hunters Daily Main), beating a field of 1,367 entries. For this feat, he earned no less than US$ 94,041. This contest also saw Rafael Loiola performing well, pulling in US$ 27,205 for fourth place.
Similarly, several other Brazilians won important tournaments this Thursday. Dante Goya won a tournament in the higher buy-in category, the 256-Super (US$ 5,250 Thursday Twister), overcoming 21 entries to secure US$ 52,137. In the 251-Medium (US$ 150 Thursday Throwdown), Alberto Prudêncio “ALLEN IVERSON” was the best among 2,892 and took home US$ 36,177.

In the intermediate version of the tournament won by João Hayashi, the buy-in cost US$ 55, and there were an incredible 7,925 entries. At the top of the podium was Brazil, with Matheus Nunes “Bryan Spewner”. By overcoming this sea of opponents, Nunes pocketed US$ 33,514.
