American Brock Wilson is a regular fixture in PGT circuit competitions. Even so, he didn’t have a PokerGO Cup trophy on his shelf. Last Sunday (8), he put an end to that problem, winning Event 4 (US$ 5.100 NLH) of the current edition of the series with a comeback in heads-up play.

Event 4 of the PokerGO Cup recorded 104 entries, and Brock Wilson pocketed US$ 112.720 as soon as he outlasted the entire qualified field. There was an ICM deal in heads-up against David Coleman, at a time when Wilson was at a chip count disadvantage. But because they had set aside an amount for the champion, his figure was still higher.
Check out the final standings of Event 4:
- Brock Wilson – US$ 112.720*
- David Coleman – US$ 105.680*
- Drake Kemper – US$ 59.800
- Myles Mullaly – US$ 46.800
- Jeremy Dan – US$ 33.800
- Shannon Shorr – US$ 26.000
- Connor Rash – US$ 20.800
Coleman was the big name of the final table. The player started the FT as chip leader and made most of the eliminations. Arriving at heads-up with an advantage, he made a deal with Brock Wilson, and from there, the comeback was consolidated. With top pair versus flush draw, Wilson had a favorable showdown in the final all-in, and confirmed the victory after three of a kind formed on the board, and he made a full house.

This was Brock Wilson’s third title on the PGT circuit. The two other victories had occurred at the Poker Masters, in 2021 and 2024. In competitions that count for PokerGO Tour points alone, he already has an incredible US$ 5,1 million in earnings, the result of 53 payouts, including 34 final tables.
From now on, the PokerGO Cup will increase the stakes. This Event 4 was the last US$ 5.100 tournament, and from Event 5 onwards, the competitions will get more expensive. In short, there will be ten events, with buy-ins going up to US$ 15 thousand. The series holds competitions in Las Vegas (USA) until next Sunday (15).
