The event seeks to encourage female participation in the mind sport, expanding opportunities and reinforcing the presence of women in a scenario historically dominated by men. The event has the support of the Brazilian Texas Hold’em Confederation (CBTH) and the Women’s Committee of the World Poker Federation (WPF).
“H2 has been, for more than two decades, a welcoming and inclusive environment, where women feel respected and protected,” says Luana Borges, event manager at H2. “The event comes precisely to reinforce this and show the importance of having women’s tournaments,” she adds.

Additionally, one of the highlights of Damas do Poker is the guaranteed prize pool of R$ 200,000. The structure was designed to offer a complete experience, combining buy-in options and modalities for all tastes and budgets. In short, the schedule includes tournaments such as the 100K Main Event (with qualifying days), 10K Welcome (buy-in R$ 100), 10K Omaha (buy-in R$ 300), 20K Mystery KO (buy-in R$ 350) and 50K Super High Roller (buy-in R$ 1.200).
The event arrives driven by the success of the Ladies Weekend, held in 2025, which brought together around 500 players and raised more than R$ 500,000. The expectation is that Damas do Poker will establish itself as one of the main women’s poker competitions, further strengthening the network of players.
