Using the nickname “Jbiancolini”, João Biancolini emerged as the best among a field of 263 entries. For the 25-High title, he pocketed US$ 28.601, a record figure for the country in the session. Also at this FT, Brazil had “KikoLatino0” finishing in sixth for a prize of US$ 5.260.
Furthermore, another Brazilian highlight on Thursday (5) of SCOOP was Event 30-Medium (US$ 109 NLH 7-Max Turbo Mystery Daily Cooldown). In this competition, the podium was entirely composed by players from the country, with “The1WhoKnocksss” overcoming 1.411 entries for US$ 11.870. Ailton Soares “nego1001” was the runner-up and took US$ 10.412, while Thales Koppe “thaleskoppe” pulled in US$ 5.657 in third.

Similarly, there was a Brazilian one-two finish in 29-Medium (US$ 33 NLH Turbo The Copacabana Unlimited). Among 2.853 entries, “prazerjoao013” was crowned champion, earning US$ 11.077. In a heads-up deal, compatriot “Hoff_Fish77” secured US$ 10.215 by finishing second.
And still on tournaments that featured more than one Brazilian in the spotlight, it is also worth mentioning 21-Medium (US$ 109 NLH PKO Mini Bounty Builder HR). In this tournament, the field reached 2.517 entries, and Lucas Rocha “Rochinha2011” finished fourth for US$ 8.311. Right after, in fifth, was Paulo Ribeiro “Ricks097”, collecting US$ 7.606.
