Leading the account “Rochinha2011”, Lucas Rocha reached the podium of Event 16-Medium (US$ 1,050 NLH Super Tuesday), played over two days. For third place among 179 entries, he earned US$ 24,438, a record amount for the country in the session. In this competition, Brazil also had Alexandre Mantovani “Cavalito” in ninth, taking home US$ 5,519.
Moreover, Lucas Rocha was crowned champion of 24-High (US$ 1,050 NLH 7-Max Turbo Fenomeno HR), a one-day tournament. He overcame the entire field of 72 entries to pocket another US$ 21,937. The other Brazilian highlight in this contest was Gustavo Castro “Rajadanaativ”, who finished fourth for US$ 7,125.

And the Brazilian results didn’t stop there, as in the super valuable 16-High (US$ 5,200 NLH Super Tuesday High Roller), Bruno Volkmann “great dant” reached fifth place among 40 competitors, securing US$ 15,206. Meanwhile, in the 20-Medium (US$ 55 NLH Deep Stacks), Brazil topped the leaderboard with Felipe Andrews “AAndrewsKK”, the best among 1,632 entries for US$ 15,166.
In this 20-Medium, two other players from the country had notable campaigns: “LuqqDamz”, third for US$ 7,706, and “Maatheus_00”, fourth for US$ 5,493. Similarly, three Brazilians also stood out in the 24-Medium (US$ 109 NLH 7-Max Turbo Fenomeno), with 866 entries. Daniel Nicolini “danplow” won for US$ 14,508, making a deal in the heads-up with Caique Sanches “KaikeSilva” (US$ 14,427). Thales Koppe “thaleskoppe”, in fourth place, took home US$ 5,168.
