The next few weeks will be busy at the virtual tables of GGPoker. The GGPoker World Festival started this Sunday (3), a series with US$ 300 million guaranteed and events with four buy-in versions. And right on the first day, the Brazilians did not waste time, with Pedro Padilha among the highlights.

Professional from the Samba Team and one of the main names in Brazilian poker, Pedro Padilha recorded a title and a runner-up among the main results of the session. He won Event 3-Super (US$ 2,625 Sunday Monster Stack), overcoming 109 entries to take US$ 46,145. And also, he was second out of 55 in 13-Super (US$ 2,625 Sunday Heater), adding another US$ 29,943. With just two campaigns, he reached US$ 76,088.
The highest nominal payout for Brazil on Sunday was by Caique Sanches “Redondez@”, who reached the heads-up of 10-High (US$ 525 Sunday Main Event), and the second place among 1,223 entries earned US$ 61,990. Also in this contest, Brazil had “Djapaa” in fifth for US$ 28,422, and “SheTookTheDog” in sixth for US$ 21,916.

Still among the various Brazilian results, highlight for Bruno Volkmann, who finished fourth out of 413 in 12-Super (US$ 1,500 Sunday Showdown) for US$ 47,045. Also in the more expensive contests, Matheus Dias “Arrascaneta11” won 17-Super (US$ 2,625 Bounty Hyper Madness 5-Max), overcoming 27 entries to secure US$ 28,975.
In the more affordable competitions, Vitor Pilon did well by finishing second among 4,527 competitors in 5-Medium (US$ 100 Grand Prix Europe), pocketing US$ 34,902. Finally, in the gigantic 7-Medium (US$ 55 Bounty Hunters Sunday Main Event), Alann Lopes was fourth among 24,545 participants, taking US$ 31,881.
