Now, he has 11, becoming the greatest Brazilian champion of the festival. The star’s most recent win came on Saturday (14), in Event 74-High (US$ 1.050 PLO 6-Max).

With the famous nickname “Internett93o”, Renan Bruschi beat the 115 entries of the 74-High and pocketed US$ 25.853. In addition to this contest, he had already won the 14-High, 33-High, US$ 530 6-Max PKO and 42-High. Thus, he surpasses Kelvin Kerber, who has ten titles, and becomes the Brazilian with the most victories in SCOOP history.
However, this was not the only relevant result for Brazil this weekend. Throughout Sunday (15), the country appeared in many other prominent positions, including four-card contests. José Orlando “Orlandinho33” won the 82-High (US$ 1.050 PLO 6-Max PKO), beating a field of 100 entries to pocket US$ 25.185.

In the 75-Medium (US$ 109 NLH PKO Mini Bounty Builder HR), two Brazilians appeared on the podium, even though they did not secure the title. “Mago Foso” reached heads-up, finishing second out of 2.391 for US$ 18.140, with “raphacaix” in third, leaving with US$ 11.356.
Other wins for Brazil came in side events of the series. Igor Kirch “IgorHKR” won the Sunday StacKOsaurus US$ 215, beating 417 entries for US$ 14.195. Meanwhile, “AlqvimiztA” was crowned champion in the US$ 27 Sunday Eliminator PKO, dispatching a field of 4.688 entries to pocket US$ 11.649.
