Brazilian Yuri Martins went to Las Vegas (USA) with fire in his eyes. After a string of good results in the PGT Mixed Games, which culminated in his title in the series ranking, the player dominated from start to finish the Super High Roller Bowl Mixed, with a US$ 100 thousand buy-in. The performance earned him a seven-figure score last Saturday (14).

The expensive competition played in various formats attracted a total of 38 entries, accepting registrations until the start of Day 2. However, those who took the max late entry already had to chase Yuri Martins, who had finished Day 1 in the lead. The Brazilian maintained his leading role throughout the second round and during the entire final table.
When the seven final-table players returned to decide the title, the first three eliminations happened quickly. From 4-handed play, the competition became more calculated, but nothing that bothered Yuri Martins, who at one point held 80% of the chips in play. He eliminated Robert Wells, Benny Glaser, and in the heads-up, he didn’t need more than five minutes to dispatch Chad Eveslage.

As such, Yuri Martins pocketed US$ 1,3 million. It was the second-largest live score of his career, according to Hendon Mob, behind only his third-place finish in the Triton 150K at the last WSOP Paradise in December, which earned him US$ 1,4 million. In total, the star has already earned US$ 11,7 million in payouts, by far the highest mark among players from the green and yellow flag.
Furthermore, this was not Yuri Martins’ first major appearance in the Super High Roller Bowl Mixed. In the 2025 edition, he had already come close, finishing in third place for US$ 450 thousand. On that occasion, Eveslage won, and narrowly missed out on a back-to-back title.
