Djalma Melotto and Daniel Noronha win PKO tournaments at BSOP Summer

Throughout Monday (26th) at Costa do Sauípe (BA), the fourth day of BSOP Summer competitions saw several important actions. In addition to qualifying rounds, such as Day 2 of the Main Event, four competitions determined their winners, including two in progressive knockout (PKO) format. Djalma Melotto and Daniel Noronha took home the titles.

The event that awarded the largest sum on Monday was the 5 Card Omaha PKO, with a buy-in of R$ 2,500. In this competition, Djalma Melotto was able to beat the entire field of 62 entries to secure the title, as well as the prize of R$ 38,500. Yago Ferreira took R$ 23,500 for second place, while Rogério Mota, a familiar face in the modality’s competitions, completed the podium.
