Hugo Marcelo wins GGMasters HR in a session of giant figures for Brazil

Without a doubt, Monday (26th) was special for Brazilian poker on the virtual tables of GGPoker. In the US$ 1,050 GGMasters High Rollers, Hugo Marcelo became champion, making the country register a six-digit prize for the second consecutive day on the site. In the cheaper version, the US$ 150 GGMasters, Victor Dagnoni was the best Brazilian. Also after two days of competition, the player managed to reach fourth place among 7,874 entries, and thus, pocketed US$ 60,981.

Furthermore, the other eye-catching prizes came in the GGMillion$ Week. While Pedro Cavalieri qualified for the Main Event FT, Marcílio Santos already secured his hit, finishing third out of 62 in Event 56 (US$ 10,300 Super Monday Super HR). As soon as he completed this campaign, Santos earned US$ 91,896.

In Event 55 (US$ 1,500 Super Monday Monster Stack), two Brazilians are worthy of note. João Venturelli “msxiter” did not lag behind the day’s big highlights and pocketed US$ 86,327 by finishing third out of 486 actions. Alisson Piekazewicz, in turn, was fifth, securing US$ 38,521.

Finally, still in the High Roller series, two other Brazilians stood out in Event 57 (US$ 2,500 Super Monday Heater). They were Matheus Dias “Arras_caneta007”, fifth out of 129 for US$ 16,258, and Brunno Botteon, sixth place for US$ 10,266. Similarly, in the Bounty Hunters Daily Main US$ 54, “Quanto eh” took the win, beating 7,223 entries for US$ 25,564, with Eduardo Jannotti “EJBrocador” in fourth (US$ 12,723).
