Brazilian professional Pedro Cavalieri participated this Tuesday (27) in the final table of the US$ 10.300 GGMillion$ Main Event, a competition that distributed over US$ 12.8 million at the virtual tables of GGPoker. Unfortunately, the player couldn’t go very far, but still, he earned an excellent payout.

In summary, the GGMillion$ Main Event registered 1,325 entries, returning to the Final Day with nine competitors. Pedro Cavalieri “gord1sc0” finished in ninth place, and for this performance, he cashed in US$ 222,859. His elimination came at the hands of Portuguese player Pedro Neves.
Right on the first hand of the final table, Pedro Cavalieri, who had the second-smallest stack, received AKo in UTG and initiated the action. Neves, holding AK of spades, 3-bet. The Brazilian responded by 4-betting all in and received an instant call. On the flop, however, his hopes had already ended. This is because the board showed T75, all of spades, forming Pedro Neves’s winning flush.

Thus, the Portuguese player started the final table on the right foot and took down a big pot. He managed to stay in good condition until the 3-handed stage, when he fell and secured a seven-figure prize. Finally, the title went to the Belarusian star Mikita Badziakouski, who earned a payout of no less than US$ 1,755,815.
Also at the final table, other big names like Nikita Kuznetsov and Adrian Mateos were present. Brazil only had Pedro Cavalieri at the final decision, but saw other representatives cash in good figures just before the FT, like Iago Botelho, who fell in 16th place and pocketed a nice US$ 102,974.
