Eduardo Pires is back in the spotlight with a new 1K title on GGPoker

For the second consecutive day, Brazilian professional Eduardo Pires won a valuable US$ 1.050 buy-in weekly tournament on GGPoker. After going through the entire field of the Tuesday Classic HR, he returned to the site this Wednesday (1st) and won the Wednesday Double Stack HR, once again being the country’s highlight on the site.

The Wednesday Double Stack US$ 1.050 attracted 98 entries, being one of GGPoker’s main commitments on the first day after the end of the WSOP Super Circuit. Upon completing the flawless campaign, Eduardo Pires pocketed US$ 20.247.

The only Brazilian who came close to Eduardo Pires with a single payout was Daniel Araújo. The player reached the heads-up of the Bounty Hunters HR US$ 525, finishing in second place among 471 entries. For this runner-up finish, he secured a prize of US$ 18.553.

However, the session had many more Brazilian titles. In the Bounty Hunters 40 Grand US$ 108, for example, Giovani Torre was crowned the best among 492 entries, earning US$ 7.844. Playing in the Chinese yuan currency, “Persevery” won the Zodiac High Roller Main Event ¥888, passing through 328 competitors to pull the equivalent of US$ 6.688.

Furthermore, another green and yellow highlight of Wednesday was Victor Cipola. The player beat a giant field of 5.007 entries to win the Bounty Hunters Special US$ 15, turning the low buy-in into US$ 6.566. In addition, he was at the FT of the valuable daily Bounty Hunters Daily Main US$ 54, finishing seventh out of 6.255 for another US$ 5.248.
