Eduardo Pires wins Tuesday Classic HR in FT with three Brazilians

Tuesday’s session (31) was certainly productive for Brazilians on GGPoker. In addition to Matheus Machado’s historic prize, which exceeded US$ 1 million, the Brazilians also went far in the WSOP Super Circuit side events, as well as in the house regulars. Highlight for Eduardo Pires, who won the Tuesday Classic HR.

With entries at US$ 1.050, the Tuesday Classic HR recorded 187 entries, and Eduardo Pires overcame all opponents to pocket US$ 37.379. In an FT with three Brazilians, Douglas Lopes also stood out, finishing fourth for US$ 17.138; and “Eyeless”, who finished sixth and left with US$ 10.190.

In the cheaper version of this competition won by Eduardo Pires, Brazil was one position away from another title. “CallMuckTyvm” took the green and yellow flag to the heads-up of the US$ 150 Tuesday Classic, but ended up as runner-up among 960 entries. Still, they pocketed a nice US$ 14.001.

Still on the subject of high-stakes competitions, in the US$ 525 Bounty Hunters Circuit HR, “whatisasolver” did well by finishing fourth out of 820, earning US$ 18.682. In the same range, “BIROSKA” won the US$ 525 Spring Showers HR, passing through 89 entries for US$ 11.177. Furthermore, “HarryPote” won the US$ 525 PLO5 Bounty Deepstack Turbo HR, beating 40 entries to secure US$ 8.192.

It is worth noting that “BIROSKA”, champion of the Spring Showers HR, appeared in another highlight result of the session. The player took Brazil’s colors to the heads-up of the US$ 250 March Monster Stack, finishing in second place among 193 entries. For this performance, they pocketed another US$ 6.397.
