Aloísio Dourado maintains the lead in the overall BSOP ranking

The Brasilia native Aloísio Dourado remains strong in the fight for the Brazilian poker championship title. After the BSOP Rio Quente, the third stage of the 2026 season of the national circuit, he maintained the lead in the ranking, a position he already held before the Goian festival. Only the women’s ranking saw a change at the top.

Throughout the BSOP Rio Quente, Aloísio Dourado secured another title, his fourth this year on the circuit. On the last day of the series, he won the Mixed Games Dealer’s Choice, taking advantage of his skills in various formats to add valuable points to the leaderboard.

This victory in the Mixed Games Dealer’s Choice earned Dourado 364.8 points. In the Goian stage, his 12th place in the Grand High Roller (138 pts) and 43rd place in the Main Event (180 pts) also contributed to the ranking. Thus, he reaches 4,167.6 points in the standings.

Now, his newest competitor is Leonardo Carlessi. The player rose to second place after three final tables in Rio Quente, in the 4K Turbo PKO, Super High Roller, and 2-Day High Roller, finishing fourth in all these contests. He now has 3,516.4 points, closely followed by Lucas Scafini, who has 3,424.5.

In summary, four of the five rankings continue with the same leaders as before the BSOP Rio Quente. The table that had a change in first place was the Player of the Year for women, which considers results from women beyond the Ladies tournament. Lucia Risson, the current champion, is now at the top with 942.84 points, ahead of 720 from Larissa Metran and 649.2 from Luzia Serafim.

The other three tables show relatively comfortable leads. The largest advantage is held by Lucas Scafini in the High Roller ranking, with 2,619.7 points, while Pedro Cassar is second with 1,963.25. In the Mixed category, Pedro Barossi leads with 2,425.92, and second place Leandro Ruy has 1,819.44. Finally, in Omaha, Lucio Antunes leads with 2,128.72, with Rogério Mota in second (1,541.32).
