On a new date, SCOOP announces full schedule with 400 tournaments in March

The big news for the first half of 2026 in world online poker is the new SCOOP date (Spring Championship of Online Poker). PokerStars’ traditional series, always robust, used to take place in May, but this year, it was moved forward to March in a significant strategic move by the house. This Wednesday (18), the site announced the full schedule.

The full schedule comes to light days after the end of the SCOOP Warm-Up, a series that saw Brazilians stand out in the Main Events and warmed up the tables for the main festival. In short, there will be an incredible 400 tournaments in 136 events, maintaining the already known High, Medium, and Low competition scheme.

SCOOP 2026 will take place from March 1º to 25, and in total, the guarantees sum up to US$ 45 million. Players of the most diverse profiles and bankroll limits will be able to participate, as buy-ins range from US$ 5,50 to US$ 15 thousand. Additionally, modalities far beyond Hold’em, such as Omaha, 5-Card Draw, HORSE, 8-Game, and Razz appear on the schedule, among other variants.

Millionaire Main Events at SCOOP 2026

Right on the first day, SCOOP will already have a competition with seven figures guaranteed. The Sunday Million PKO, with a US$ 215 buy-in, will distribute at least US$ 1 million and starts as early as March 1º. And throughout the festival, several other millionaire guarantee competitions will take to the tables.

Among them, the three versions of the Main Event. From the cheapest to the most expensive, all are guaranteed to have prize pools in the millions. The Low will have a US$ 109 buy-in and a US$ 1 million guarantee, while the guarantees for both the Medium and High will be US$ 2 million. The intermediate will charge US$ 1.050 per entry, and the most expensive will have a US$ 5.200 buy-in.

PokerStars has not stated that this will be the new SCOOP date from now on. According to the house, this change is guaranteed only for 2026. However, it is logical to think that such a decision would not be made without great confidence from the organizers in greater success. The full SCOOP 2026 schedule is available in the PokerStars lobby, in an exclusive tab in the main menu.
