This dominance of Aloisio Dourado is due to the good form that extended throughout the BSOP Winter, the mid-year stage that ended last week in São Paulo (SP). At the WTC Sheraton tables, the player won two titles, having participated in three heads-ups, in addition to another campaign that also contributed points.
Thus, Aloisio Dourado reached six titles in the season and 5,405.4 points. Before this last stage, the closest to him was Leonardo Carlessi, but now, the one in second place is Alexandre Arantes. Runner-up of the Main Event, Arantes has 4,648.69 points, a clear rise compared to the pre-BSOP Winter period, when he was not even in the top 10.
Carlessi, therefore, completes the top 3 with 4,178.2 points. Lucas Scafini in fourth, and Renan Buriti in fifth, also lost one position each, while Naiquel Oliveira, sixth place, rose from ninth place. Another who gained position was Ax de Castro, who was tenth before BSOP Winter, and now ranks ninth.
