In short, Arthur Campos finished in 125th place in the field of 9,208 entries, cashing US$ 65 thousand for the campaign. With about 10 big blinds behind, the Brazilian tried to double up with JJ, and Barone was the only one to call, revealing AKo at showdown to form a legitimate flip.

Brazil had advanced to Day 6 with four players, and all took home US$ 65 thousand, falling quickly in the round. Besides Arthur Campos, Erick Mossinger (131st), Rafael Caiaffa (139th), and Fábio Porcino (160th) also said goodbye to the competition in the round. In total, 32 Brazilians cashed in the WSOP 2026 Main Event.
Thus, the competition continues at full speed, ready to hold Day 8 this Monday (13). There are 21 competitors left in the contest, and the round will be the last before the final table, going until the field reaches nine. The qualifiers have already secured at least US$ 325 thousand, and among them are Shaun Deeb, Hossein Ensan, and Todd Brunson.
