Only 21 players remain in the fight for the much-dreamed title of the US$ 10,000 Main Event at the WSOP (World Series of Poker). This Sunday (12) in Las Vegas (USA), Australian Malcolm Trayner finished Day 7 as the chip leader, leading the remaining players in the main event of the year in the world of poker.

Champion of the Aussie Millions, which returned after a long hiatus this year, Malcolm Trayner appears with 63,200,000 chips in the chip count of the 21 left from the field of 9,208 entries. It is a considerable advantage over the second place, Canadian Rami Hammoud, who has 41,500,000. Lucas Jumalon, from the USA, closes the top 3 with 40,800,000 chips.
Big names from the global scene appear among the survivors. The highlights are, above all, Shaun Deeb (31,300,000), the 2019 champion Hossein Ensan (29,700,000), and Hall of Fame member Todd Brunson (7,800,000). The full chip count is further down, at the end of the text.

Moreover, besides these stars who qualified, others were eliminated on Day 7, which had started with 62 players. Among the eliminated in the round, highlights include Patrick Leonard (32nd, US$ 265,000) and the Day 6 chip leader Tyler Gaston (37th, US$ 215,000).
Day 8 of the WSOP Main Event will be played this Monday (13) starting at 3 PM (Brasília time), beginning with blinds 300,000/600,000 bb ante 600,000. The round will continue until nine players remain, and the final table will take place starting August 3. Thus, the Main Event will enter a three-week break. The minimum payout for Day 8 is US$ 325,000, and finally, the tenth place will take home US$ 750,000.
