Brazilian Caio Curuca managed to turn a $150 buy-in into a six-figure score this Monday (27) on GGPoker. He participated in the GGMasters, a two-day tournament always starting on Sundays, and reached the heads-up to secure a notable prize.

On GGPoker, Caio Curuca plays under the nickname “ccOfClubs”, and was the only Brazilian to qualify for the GGMasters $150 final table. Among a field of 7,810 entries, the player finished in second place, and for this performance, earned no less than $108,647.
Furthermore, among the daily contests, GGPoker held versions of the Monday Monster Stack. In the $1,050 High Roller, Brazil triumphed with Léo Alcântara “o moises”, beating a field of 217 entries to cash $41,490. In sixth place was Fernando Giacomelli “Fergiac” taking $8,441, and in eighth, Renan Meneguetti took home $5,530.

Meneguetti, in fact, secured an even better prize in the same session. This is because he won one of the editions of the $150 Speed Racer Power Hour 10 BB, overcoming 282 entries to pocket $7,565. In another edition of the tournament, earlier, Gabriel Medeiros also secured the title for Brazil, becoming the best among 178 competitors for $5,592.
Additionally, Brazil also stood out in the other two versions of the Monday Monster Stack. In the mid-level event, with a $150 buy-in, “S1chm@nn” was the best representative of the country, finishing fourth out of 1,929 for $10,167. In the Mini, at $15, “cerpa draft” carried the green and yellow flag to second place in the huge field of 9,803 entries, earning $7,655.
