Just like in some sessions last week, Brazil hit a six-figure score this Sunday (17) at the GGWF (GGPoker World Festival). Pedro Padre was responsible for the huge prize, reaching the heads-up of a tournament that distributed millions of dollars on GGPoker.

Playing the account “Ppriest”, Pedro Padre managed to finish second among 4,016 entries in Event 143-High (US$ 525 Bounty Hunters Sunday Main Event). For this performance, he pocketed no less than US$ 118,798, on a podium that also featured “paQQeline” representing Brazil and taking home US$ 87,525 in third place.

That said, the main green and yellow title of the session at GGPoker went to Daniel Camel “Glorificado”. He won the 147-High (US$ 320 GGMasters Bounty King), earning US$ 51,938 after overcoming a field of 1,595 entries. Another who scored well by winning a tournament was Renan Bruschi, the best among 283 participants in the 145-High (US$ 1,050 Sunday Omaholic Bounty Main) for US$ 47,510.

In some contests, Brazil had more than one representative filling their pockets. This was the case in the 146-Super (US$ 5,250 Sunday Main Event), where Artur Dias “Isildur” finished fourth out of 90 for US$ 47,605, with Felipe Boianovsky in fifth for US$ 39,813, and Gabriel Tavares in seventh for US$ 27,847.

Similarly, in the 146-High (US$ 525 Sunday Main Event), Fabiano Kovalski finished fourth among 1,379 entries and collected US$ 41,789, with Neville Costa “Lionevil” in fifth for US$ 32,223. Meanwhile, in the 141-Super (US$ 2,625 Grand Prix Europe), Pedro Padilha was second out of 101 for US$ 36,005, while Bruno Volkmann was fourth and took US$ 25,530.
