The The Venom PLO Mystery Bounty, with a buy-in of US$ 2,650, registered 871 entries, and with the nickname “Blessed33”, José Orlando reached third place. Thus, combining regular prize with bounties, the player secured US$ 205,380. The final table also featured Yuri Martins “vousconfus”, who finished sixth for US$ 96,282.
Finally, the title of the four-card version of The Venom went to “4m4hhasnon4me”, from the United States. Big win for Brazil also in Hold’em
Besides this contest in which José Orlando stood out, ACR Poker also held the traditional The Venom, in Hold’em and without the bounty scheme. In total, there were 3,233 entries, making the prize pool slightly exceed the guaranteed US$ 8 million, reaching US$ 8,082,500.
And Brazil also made its presence felt at the final table. The owner of the account “GTS gr8 GTO” reached fifth place, and this performance earned him US$ 208,907, a win similar to José Orlando’s. In this contest, the title went to the Ukrainian “YKOBLIUK”, who after a 3-handed deal, finished with US$ 624,839.
