The WSOP 2026 concluded another historic edition in Las Vegas. In total, the world’s premier poker series recorded 251,899 entries across 100 live bracelet events. Additionally, the festival distributed US$ 469,975,059 in prize money, consolidating another summer of enormous success.

Thus, the number of entries set a new record, and the total distributed was the second largest in WSOP history. In total, 35,157 players finished within the prize money. However, a reduction of 527 entries in the Main Event decreased the overall prize money compared to the 2025 edition.
In addition, the WSOP 2026 Main Event gathered 9,208 entries and became the fourth largest in the tournament’s history. The final table returns only on August 3, with live broadcast in Portuguese on ESPN 3. Thus, the future champion will still compete for the main prize of US$ 10 million and poker’s most coveted bracelet.
However, the festival also presented expressive numbers in various tournaments. The US$ 1,000 Mystery Millions led in participation with 22,811 entries, while the US$ 250,000 Super High Roller received only 56 entries. Still, the event accumulated a prize pool of US$ 13.72 million.

Women also marked WSOP 2026 with records
However, in addition to the large numbers, WSOP 2026 recorded important achievements among women. The Ladies Championship gathered 1,475 entries, the highest mark in the competition’s history. In the final, Skye Chen won the title and earned US$ 194,630, in addition to her first career bracelet.
Thus, the series equaled the record of five female champions in open events, repeating the mark achieved in 2024. The highlight was Kristen Foxen, who won the US$ 25,000 High Roller 6-Max, took home US$ 1,773,083, won her sixth bracelet, and surpassed US$ 20 million in career prize money.
Finally, the Main Event also set a new record for female participation. The tournament featured 431 women, a number that represents 4.7% of the field and surpasses the previous edition. Additionally, players from 149 countries participated in WSOP 2026, with Brazil appearing in ninth place among the nations with the most representatives.
